Creative in the rain

Just finished up a LO for a challenge over at LCOM.

We each were given the person to be challenged by, and I had Kelly and this is what she wanted:

Loads of blue, several triangles, a touch of sparkle, something written!! 

I am more of a Pinky girl kind of eprson, but took on the challnge and produced this gorgoeus LO below.
