Over the moon...!!!

Had my WEIGH-IN last night and I had lost my 1kg I had put on last week, plus another 1kg making it a total of 2kgs.

I am now 8.6kgs away from reaching my 1st goal weight of 68kgs.

I am so happy I made this LIFE changing in January and I haev not looked back. Feel much better about myself and also fitting into things I could not before.

So, the journey so far has been a succesful one at that...very proud of myself!!!
