September's Kit

For A Million Memories and looking so cute...sadly this is my last kit, as my 6 months is up now and I think I need to take a break, as I have way too many kits to last me a liftetime.

I Won Again

I took part in American Crafts recent challenge, where we had to design a 2 page LO using 2 or more of their products. I was pleasantly surprised to see that I had won when I popped in there tonight.

Here is a very cute LO I did of my 2 sweet girls on the beach, having fun at La Cote D'Azur...

The colours are bold and bright, but I think it went well with the photos and really set the beach scene mood.

I have my last project up on the Pebbles Inc blog, my 1 year term is up end of August 2010. As they say all good things come to an end...

All I can say...it has been a wonderful year playing with their awesome products, which are so easy to use and create beautiful masterpieces with.

I want to thank Lindsay Bowerman and her awesome team for this wonderful opportuntity they gave me. It sure was my dream come true to be part of my 1st Manufacturing Design Team.

Guest DT Term

Has started over at Scrap Attack Scrapbooking, SAS for short. I am super thrilled that Lauri asked to join her amazing team for 3 months. I just recently got my August kit and busy working on some projects to be showcased real soon, so watch this space.

Belated Birthday Party

Was waiting for a friend to return from the UK and also yesterday was the only afternoon the Cupcake Boutique could have my party, all I can say...it was worth the wait!

Helga put on a wonderful event for my birthday with my theme being "Mad Hatter's Tea Party", she had every detail covered...and I am sure those ladies who came will agree with me too.

From pink lemonade being served out of teapots to the decadent cupcakes and awesome birthday cake. Sandwiches cut into shapes of hearts, spades, etc. clocks on table and paintbrushes in the flower pots, what more could a girl ask for, but to be surrounded by her wonderful friends and enjoying the lovely afternoon together.

Thanks ladies for making this year a memorable one, now will have to see what we can do next year...

Birthday Highlights

With last Friday being my birthday and seeing that I was still recovering from the flu, we decided to have dinner at home, just the 4 of us.

Murray and the girls decorated the table with a few sweet touches...I thought it was very thoughtful of them.

We finally got to open the awesome bottle of red from Jacqui, it was delicious...thanks GF ♥

Dinner was yummy roast chicken and a variety of vegetables, so all was in order with my WL plan, until the birthday cake, which was my fav Black Forest Gateaux... promise, only had one small slice.

Thanks to my wonderful family for a memorable evening, it was just special.
