How Sad

This weekend marked the sign that there will be NO MORE BABIES in our house...sniff, sniff

We took down the cot that both Amy & Chloe got to sleep in as babies...

The security gate from our doorway upstairs came down too, as Chloe can now manage on her own, we no longer need to squeeze through a tiny space to get to our bedrooms...

As sad as I feel, I think it's great, as we now move into the next phase of toddlerhood and life will start to get a little better and easier.

Now, we need to start the potty training...could be fun!

Last Weekend Recap

I thought I would catch up on what we have been up to last weekend, seeing that the next one is almost upon us.

Saturday morning, I took Murray's Mom to a HONEY (the jewellery) function in Umhlanga, she got us tickets to go see their new launch. Some very nice pieces coming out...also got spoilt, she bought me a beautiful necklace, will show you when it arrives.

As for Sunday, seeing that it was a beautiful warm winter's day...even warm enough for Amy to have a quick swim. That we spent it outdoors at Murray's folks...it was nice to breathe in the fresh air and feel the warm sun on our faces...


We also managed to sneak in a few train rides at Virginia Circle. They have these miniature steam trains. Amy always love it and it was Chloe's first time, but she also seemed to be happy.


Monday, was a public holiday here. So Murray decided we head down to the beach for a much needed family fun time together...the girls sure loved being there and I got some great photos of them having a ball.



It was nice to just chill with family and have fun. As for my folks they are still in Mauritius having a whale of a time...lucky fishes!!!

Just thought I would end off with these few photos of my little artistes...are they not just the cutest!!!
